Lily's Extreme Scat Run: Poop, Defecation, and Wild Scatology

The space fills with the thick stench of fresh feces as Lily begins her extreme scat bout. She stands confidently by the toilet, her stare cold and eager. Lily then squats and lets out a massive load of poop, her ass muscles contracting as she defecates.
